Our Cases

optik

Premium Eyewear Online Store

We handled complete eCommerce website design and development from scratch, including search engine optimization and AI system integration. The focus was on fast loading speeds, intuitive navigation, and accurate indexing in Google and Yandex.

The site was built using a mobile-first approach, with filtering configured across 12 parameters and dedicated landing pages for each brand. We implemented SSR to ensure proper indexing, optimized images using WebP, and integrated Moy Sklad along with automated metadata generation.

Additionally, we launched a comprehensive promotion strategy across search engines and Google/Yandex Maps.

Wholesale eCommerce Development and SEO

The client had three separate website versions across different domains, along with indexing issues and an outdated structure. The catalog included over 1,700 frequently updated products. The goal was to streamline the structure, preserve existing rankings, and increase organic traffic.

The website suffered from incorrect indexing, duplicate pages, and structural errors. Product updates were handled manually despite frequent changes, and previous promotion efforts lacked consistency and stability.

We migrated the project to a new CMS (MODX), restructured the site architecture, and implemented 301 redirects to prevent traffic loss. A batch data import from 1C was set up, along with automated updates for more than 2,000 products. We also improved page speed, introduced caching, and optimized images using WebP.

By collecting over 2,000 keywords and creating more than 300 category texts, the site achieved stable and consistent organic growth.

Organic traffic increased by over 100% within the first few months after launch.

Structures for eCommerce Development

We offer two main formats of eCommerce development. Depending on your strategy, we provide either a quick launch on a proven platform or a flexible model designed for scaling.

Iterative Development Approach

Best for: Developing a new digital product. Work is divided into sprints: we form a backlog, agree on priorities, and demonstrate results after each iteration. You control functionality, timelines, and budget.
What you get:
Phase-by-phase implementation, functional flexibility, regular demos, and scalability.
Result:
Quick launch of an online shopping website creation MVP. You don’t overpay for unnecessary features at the start, strengthening the platform as traffic and turnover grow.

Technical Support and Functional Evolution

Best for: Existing digital products that need maintenance or growth. After release, an online store requires optimization, new integrations, and adaptation to market changes.
What you get:
Regulated technical support, stability/security monitoring, and functional expansion.
Result:
Your online store remains stable, fast, and technologically relevant. It evolves as a full-scale eCommerce system supporting business growth.
Technology

Our Tech Stack

We build designer eCommerce websites with architecture designed for growth. Our websites handle ERP integrations and high user traffic without needing a core rewrite. As your IT partner, we use three levels of quality control:
1. Clean Code
We follow SOLID, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), and Clean Architecture principles.
2. Automation
We implement CI/CD and automated testing (Unit, E2E).
3. Security and Stability (SRE)
We use SAST/DAST analysis and monitoring to ensure stability during peak loads.
Stages

Stages of Online Store Creation

Transparent development is the foundation of a manageable project. The process of eCommerce website creation takes place in stages: from aligning on the budget and business goals to publication and handing the system over for operation. At each stage, we fix the results and define areas of responsibility.

Phase 1
Project Discovery and Goal Setting
  • Analyzing the current situation: We examine sales channels and analyze the product range along with priority categories.
  • Customer Research: We define the target audience and customer behavior while studying internal business processes: warehouse management, logistics, and accounting.
  • Fixing Requirements: We document the project requirements, including the necessary site functionality, payment methods, integration needs with third-party systems (e.g., warehouse software), catalog volume, and personal account features.
Phase 2
Quotation Approval and Contract Signing
  • Architecture Design: We form the preliminary solution architecture for the online store creation.
  • Estimation: We evaluate the scope of work and implementation timelines.
  • Agreement: We adjust the budget, project phases, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Kick-off: We sign the contract and officially launch the project.
Phase 3.1
Market Analysis
  • Segment Study: We analyze the business model—whether it is Business-to-Business (B2B) or Business-to-Consumer (B2C).
  • Competitor Audit: We analyze competitors and the capabilities of their websites to find growth points and ways to stand out.
  • Sales Strategy: We form requirements for the catalog structure and sales logic to ensure the best eCommerce design websites standards.
Phase 3.2
Technical Specification (TS) Development
  • Process Mapping: We describe business processes and user roles.
  • System Integration Plan: We determine which systems must be connected: warehouse accounting, automation, and CRM.
  • Technical Standards: We establish load and security requirements and approve the project architecture and tech stack.
Phase 4
Design Development
  • UX Design: We map out the User Experience for the website.
  • Prototyping: We create prototypes for key user scenarios.
  • UI Design: We develop the User Interface based on your brand identity.
  • Scalability: We prepare a design system that allows for future growth.
Phase 5
Layout and Programming
  • Development: We implement the frontend (client-side) and backend (server-side).
  • Logic Setup: We configure the architecture and business logic of the project.
  • Service Integration: We connect payment gateways and logistics services.
  • Ecosystem Sync: We integrate ERP, CRM, and other essential business solutions.
Phase 6
Content Population
  • Catalog Setup: We configure the catalog structure and import products and characteristics.
  • SEO & AI Optimization: We optimize metadata and content for both search engines and AI-driven systems.
  • Verification: We verify the accuracy of filters and navigation.
Phase 7
Testing
  • Quality Assurance: We perform functional testing and check all integration points and ordering scenarios.
  • Performance: We test the site's speed and load stability.
  • Bug Fixing: We eliminate all issues and bugs before the official release.
Phase 8
Publication and Handover
  • Deployment: We launch the project on the production server (including high-speed hosting if required).
  • Maintenance Setup: We configure monitoring and automated backups.
  • Training: We conduct training sessions for your employees.
  • Final Handover: We transfer all access credentials and maintenance regulations to the client.

Ecosystem

We Create a Comprehensive Ecosystem Within Your Online Store

An online store is an interconnected system where the warehouse, logistics, marketing, and SEO must work in perfect synchronization. We engineer a scalable eCommerce website creation that provides a solid foundation for your future business growth.

Integration with Accounting Systems (1C, ERP, CRM)

We configure a seamless, two-way data exchange via API. This ensures that stock levels, pricing, and order statuses are updated in real-time across all your systems, providing a "single source of truth" for your operations.

Integration-1
Smart Search (Elasticsearch)

Your customers will find exactly what they are looking for instantly, even in catalogs containing 100,000+ items. We set up sophisticated autocomplete features and complex multi-layered filters to enhance the design online store website experience and drive conversions.

search-2
Multi-Regional Capabilities

Scale your business across different countries and regions within a single unified platform. Manage localized pricing, separate warehouses, and region-specific taxes all from one centralized management system.

Multireg-3
SEO Architecture and Indexing

We design ecommerce site structures specifically tailored to meet high search demand. Our team automates metadata generation, creates high-converting landing pages, and implements micro-markup (schema) to ensure perfect indexing by search engines.

SEO-4
Payments and Logistics

We connect acquiring services , Stripe, and PayPal.

We integrate leading shipping providers: FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

Our team automates shipping cost calculations and real-time order status updates, which significantly reduces manual operations and eliminates human error in order processing.

Security

Legal and Information Security

We design and develop websites and web applications with a focus on both legal and technical security. Webdelo operates within the jurisdictions of the USA, Europe, and the CIS. We have established data protection processes tailored to the rigorous requirements of mid-market and large-scale enterprises.
We ensure full compliance with the CCPA and other local US data privacy laws.
For our clients, this ensures predictable contracts, clear intellectual property rights for all development results, and strictly controlled risks when handling both source code and sensitive data.

GDPR Compliance

GDPR Compliance

Personal data processing is built on core GDPR principles: data minimization, clearly defined purposes, limited storage durations, and strict adherence to user rights. We implement rigorous requirements for logging, analytics, and backup procedures. This significantly mitigates legal risks for companies based in the EU and for projects targeting a European audience.

ISO 27001 and SOC 2

ISO 27001 and SOC 2

We build our information security management systems based on ISO 27001 and SOC 2 principles as we move toward formal certification. We manage access using the "principle of least privilege," maintain comprehensive documentation for security and disaster recovery policies, and implement Secure SDLC and DevSecOps methodologies. These processes are already operational and undergo regular internal audits.

NDA and Confidentiality

NDA and Confidentiality

Your data is never used without explicit consent. To ensure total peace of mind and protect your intellectual property, we execute formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) upon request.

FAQ

What is included in eCommerce website creation?
Our comprehensive approach covers every stage: niche analysis, drafting a detailed Technical Specification (TS), architecture design, UX/UI design, frontend and backend development, and deep integrations with 1C/ERP/CRM systems. We also handle payment gateway connections, logistics setup, SEO foundation, rigorous testing, and the final launch. You receive a fully functional, high-performance eCommerce system rather than a simple online catalog.
What platforms do you use for online store creation?
We select the technology stack based on your specific business goals. For high-load eCommerce projects requiring maximum flexibility, we utilize custom development (Laravel and other frameworks). For projects that require a faster time-to-market with a limited budget, we implement solutions on robust CMS platforms.
How qualified is the Project Manager who will lead our project?
Your project will be managed by an experienced PM with a deep understanding of system architecture and business processes. They coordinate the entire team, strictly control timelines and budgets, log all tasks in a tracking system, and ensure 100% transparent communication throughout the development cycle.
Will we be able to manage the online shop content ourselves?
Absolutely. We configure a user-friendly admin panel and set up automated product imports, category management, and flexible filtering systems. Additionally, we provide full training for your team and hand over detailed manuals for managing content and metadata.
How long does the design ecommerce website process take?
On average, development takes between 3 to 6 months. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of the functionality, the volume of third-party integrations, and the specific high-load performance requirements.
How are the timelines for eCommerce website creation fixed?
Specific deadlines are fixed only after a thorough analysis and approval of the Technical Specification. The project is broken down into manageable phases with sprints and clear milestones, allowing you to track progress in real-time.
Does your organization work officially under a contract?
Yes. We operate as a legal entity and conclude a formal contract regulated by the laws of the State of Florida. The contract clearly defines the development stages, budget, and the responsibilities of both parties.
Will the customer's company own the online store website?
Yes. Upon completion of the project and final settlement, all intellectual property rights to the source code, design assets, and infrastructure setup are fully transferred to the client.
What eCommerce website design options are available?
We primarily offer individual UX/UI design tailored to your brand identity and business objectives. If necessary, we can also adapt and refine a ready-made solution, customizing the interface to meet your specific requirements.
Can we automate warehouse accounting and order management?
Yes. We specialize in complex integrations with 1C, MoySklad, ERP, and CRM systems. We automate the synchronization of stock balances, order statuses, and document workflows to minimize manual labor.
Is it possible to set up the online store for multiple regions or countries?
Yes. We implement multi-regional functionality that allows you to manage different price lists, warehouses, currencies, SEO structures, and delivery terms across various countries within a single unified platform.
Which specialists are involved in the development of the website?
A standard project team includes a System Architect, Backend and Frontend developers, a UX/UI designer, a DevOps engineer, a QA specialist (tester), and a Project Manager. When necessary, we also involve SEO specialists and business analysts.
What is the difference between template-based development and a custom project?
A template-based site is faster and more cost-effective but comes with limitations in architecture and scaling. Individual development provides a flexible system tailored to your unique business processes, complex integrations, and future traffic growth.
Can changes be made to the website after the online shop creation is finished?
Yes. We build our projects with scalability in mind from day one. You can expand functionality and evolve the platform as part of our ongoing technical support and maintenance services.
Why is it important to consider SEO during eCommerce website creation?
SEO directly influences the catalog structure, filter logic, landing page creation, and indexing speed. If SEO requirements aren't integrated at the design stage, it often leads to a costly and time-consuming re-architecture in the future.
What is the role of UX/UI design in eCommerce development?
UX (User Experience) focuses on making the purchase journey intuitive and seamless, while UI (User Interface) handles the visual brand perception. Professional design online store website choices directly impact your conversion rates and average order value (AOV).
Can we manage without technical support after the site is launched?
We do not recommend it. An online store requires regular security updates, performance monitoring, and optimization—especially in the B2B segment or for high-load projects where stability is critical for revenue.
