To transform a small real estate agency into an international digital platform capable of working with buyers from different countries, scaling a property catalog, and competing steadily in search across multiple languages and markets.
We developed a marketing strategy, scalable platform architecture, a multilingual structure in six languages, and an international SEO model. Special attention was given to indexing a large property catalog, internal distribution of search traffic, and semantic expansion through informational and commercial clusters.
The project became one of the most recognizable players in Bulgaria’s real estate market for international buyers. Further business development created the foundation for expansion into Dubai and the USA, as well as for the launch of new independent business areas and startups.

Tourism and real estate
To create a scalable rental property platform for tourists from CIS countries, capable of competing with major international services and providing a full customer service cycle: from finding accommodation to on-site support.
We developed the project growth strategy, real estate catalog architecture, a complex landing page structure, regional and thematic clusters, an SEO promotion model, and advertising campaigns for CIS countries. At the same time, the brand, customer acquisition system, and operational services around the tourism product were developed.
The project grew from an online service into a diversified tourism group of companies: with an apartment database, property management, cleaning services, transport operations, meet-and-greet and support services, car rentals, and additional tourist services.

To build a strong dental brand for the premium and luxury segment of South Florida after the clinic decided to open a separate branch in Miami. The project required precise positioning, in-depth service development, and a strategy for attracting an affluent audience.
In close collaboration with the chief doctor, we developed a marketing strategy for the new branch, the website and service structure, specialized landing pages, a content strategy, and a traffic retention system. Each service area, procedure, and patient journey was analyzed separately to build a strong SEO model.
The clinic achieved leading positions in competitive areas of dentistry and implantology. Its clients came to include business representatives, public figures, and affluent patients, including inquiries through personal assistants who found the clinic via online search.

To restore an international project with accumulated technical issues: duplicated data, overlapping structure versions, indexing errors, outdated sections, and a large volume of content that needed to be preserved without losing its search value.
We audited the entire project structure, fixed technical errors, configured proper indexing, merged duplicate sections, preserved valuable content, redesigned the site architecture, improved performance, and created new promotion clusters for international growth.
After modernization, the project strengthened its international presence and began receiving inquiries from different countries. Interactive systems started being used in educational institutions, entertainment centers, and programs for the development of interactive infrastructure.

To create a new international product from scratch, where marketing, SEO, user scenarios, platform architecture, site structure, and conversion logic are designed simultaneously with the development of the product itself.

SEO optimization began at the prototyping stage and was carried out on the final structures before the project went into production. As a result, the product began generating commercial results almost immediately after launch and continues to develop as a long-term international digital project.
